Meet the founder
Korin Barros founded Opinari Solutions after more than 25 years helping businesses navigate risk, complexity, and growth. She has served as a commercial litigator, a Fortune 500 Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, and the leader of a family office where she co-founded and scaled multiple ventures. Korin brings a rare dual perspective to every engagement: the sharp analytical skills of a lawyer and compliance executive, and the hands-on know-how of a founder who has built, scaled, and exited businesses.
Her experience spans corporate governance, operational strategy, startup design, and regulatory readiness—making Opinari uniquely positioned to support growth, transformation, and transition. She has worked across a range of industries and business models, giving her the ability to quickly understand a company’s inner workings and tailor solutions that are effective, relevant, and industry agnostic.
